Dr. Ramani’s passion for oral and maxillofacial surgery (OMFS) began while she was externing at different hospitals in New York in her third ear of dental school at NYU and she has pursued it with a fierce determination.

Dr. Ramani completed a one-year internship in OMFS at Kings County Hospital Center in Brooklyn, NY and then went on to complete an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency at Howard University Hospital in Washington, DC. She went to Bangladesh on a mission trip with Surgeon for Smiles team to perform Cleft Lip/Palate surgeries during her junior year in residency helping new born kids in underserved communities. She furthered her skills by completing a fellowship in facial trauma and reconstruction, temporomandibular joint surgery and cosmetic surgery at the Oral Facial Surgery Institute/Mercy Hospital, St. Louis, MO.

Dr. Ramani has extensive experience in wisdom teeth removal, dental implants, advanced bone grafting techniques, management of maxillofacial infections, temporomandibular joint surgeries, corrective jaw surgery, facial trauma, and oral pathology. She covered facial trauma at Kennestone Hospital in 2021.
She is in the process of obtaining privileges at Northside Hospital at Lawrenceville, Buckhead, and Duluth locations and plans to cover facial trauma at the Lawrenceville location.
Dr. Ramani is a member of American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons.

Dr. Ramani joined Georgia Oral Facial Surgery practice in January 2023, where she is committed to excellent patient care. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking and traveling with her family.
