We are thrilled to announce that Dr. Christine M. Talegaonkar will
be joining our practice in April 2026 as an Oral and Maxillofacial
Surgeon and Fellow in Facial Cosmetic Surgery. Dr. Talegaonkar
brings advanced surgical training, a passion for facial
aesthetics, and a deeply patient-centered approach to care. During
her time with us, she will focus on oral surgery, trauma, and
reconstructive procedures while completing her highly competitive
fellowship in Facial Cosmetic Surgery, further expanding her
expertise in both functional and aesthetic facial surgery.
Dr.
Talegaonkar earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine from Case Western
Reserve University and her Doctor of Medicine, along with a
residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, from the
well-recognized program at the University of Florida, where she
trained under the mentorship of prominent surgeons. Her experience
encompassed a broad scope of procedures, including dentoalveolar,
orthognathic, trauma, and reconstructive surgery. In addition to
her clinical training, she participated in impactful global
outreach, assisting in cleft and reconstructive surgeries during a
humanitarian mission to Honduras. Her research at both the
National Institutes of Health and the University of Florida
further demonstrates her commitment to advancing the field through
innovation and academic excellence.
